she has her own set of textbooks for sure, but why you do not as her what they are?

if her staff is not responding to my messages, then leave
it doesn't make sense to be there and watch videos for 179.00 if you have plenty other videos to watch for free

It's $179 per year not per month and not per lesson. I cannot just leave anyway. A staff member must cancel the membership at my request. Even if I wanted to leave, someone must read and cancel the membership. No one is responding to my messages.

Nonetheless, I am learning a lot from Jenn and her videos. I have not found anyone on YouTube that even comes close to her teaching style. Jenn breaks the material down to the level of students.

Professor Leonard doesn't do that in any of his video lessons. Don't get me wrong, he is a great teacher but is too lazy to write down steps on the board for each problem. I need steps to learn anything not just math.

I read most of the website information. If I decide to leave, who will cancel my membership? I cannot cancel the membership on my own. A staff member has to do it.

Look, I really like Calculus. I want to learn the material. I haven't found anyone online to help me understand, for example, what a limit means. I took notes watching Jenn explain the meaning of the word limit. It now makes sense to me.

Yes, you are right. It's not ok for her staff to ignore my messages. This is why I wanted you to contact the staff JUST TO SEE if they respond to you. If they respond to you and not me (a paying customer), then something is wrong. Would you like for me to post a few questions from Section 2.4? I think we should get back to math.
