    s=arc length (in radians)
    r=radius
    theta=central angle in radians

    if s=1ft, r=1ft
    1ft=2pi*1ft(theta/360)
    1ft/(2pi*1ft)=theta/360
    1/2pi=theta/360
    360/2pi=theta

    theta=57.3radians
    theta=43°
