    Seeking the set up only for parts (a) & (b).

    a.
    angular velocity = 5200(2π) rad / min
    b.
    linear speed= angular speed * radius

    For part (a), 5200(2pi) = 1,872,000 rad/minute.

    The set up for part (b) is L, where L stands for linear speed.

    L = (1,872,000)(rad/min)(29/4 inches)

    Yes?
