    For this question, I want you to graph f, g and f + g but let me answer the question. Use a different color for each graph.

    Let x = 1

    f(1) = 3(1) or 3

    g(1) = -(1)^3/10 or -3/10

    Since 3 > -3/10, I say between 0 and 2 on the graph, f(x) is above g(x).

    Let x be > 6. How about 7?

    f(7) = 3(7) = 21.

    g(7) = -(7)^3/10 or - 343/10.

    Since 21 > -343/10, I say f(x) is above g(x) for x > 6.

    Yes?

    Great. I will text a PM about the 401k retirement plan. I need to ask you a few questions concerning my future. At 56, I worry about securing my golden years to live comfortably. Most of my questions involve mathematics.
