Decomposing Algebraic Fraction...3

    Decompose a/b into two fractions. Please, show the steps.

    Note: a/b = a • (1/b)

    To decompose a fraction simply means to take it apart. The most basic way to decompose a fraction is to break into unit fractions, which is when the numerator (top number) is 1.
    We can see that a/b is the same as the unit fraction 1/b times a, or simple a*(1/b).
