    Question 86

    f^(-1) ° g^(-1) = f inverse (g inverse).

    Let f(g) = f inverse (g inverse)

    f(x) = x + 4

    f^(-1) = x - 4

    g(x) = 2x - 5

    g^(-1) = (x + 5)/2

    f(g) = [(x + 5)/2] - (4/1)

    f(g) = (x + 5 - 8)/2

    f(g) = (x - 3)/2

    Yes?

We are done with Section 1.9 with the exception of a few more questions.
